Biography
Jennifer has specialized in intellectual property both during and after her legal studies. Her main working areas have been trade marks and domain dispute resolution. At Darts IP Jennifer worked as a Legal IP analyst for Scandinavia focusing on Swedish trademarks, designs, and domain name cases. Thereafter, Jennifer completed an internship at BMW’s contract management department in Munich where she got to be involved in the different stages of the contract procedure.
Her most recent working experience is from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), in Geneva, where she worked with domain name dispute resolution within the UDRP framework as well as with various country-code Top-Level Domains such as .ch, .eu, and .se (ccTLDs) at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center.
