While we represent clients from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, we focus on serving technology companies seeking long-term, value-added relationships with us.

With over 100 patent agents, attorneys, and technologists representing all major technical disciplines we write, prosecute and litigate patents.

We enjoy the detail of patenting an invention as much as inventors and offer a multidimensional perspective by incorporating our learnings from patent litigation and licensing into patent prosecution (e.g. claims structure, amendments strategy etc.) as well as experience gained in-house.

Our wide geographic reach enables us to develop a unique ‘compound’ patent drafting style that meets the very different demands of various patent offices and serves to enhance this transnational prosecution approach.  Across our offices, we prosecute patents to ensure the same understanding of our clients’ patents, consistency in claims amendments, licenses and other technology export requirements, and compliance issues (e.g. FDA, Telecom, climate change) and manage multi-jurisdictional contentious patent matters in a fully informed manner. As several team members have previously worked in R&D, industry and Patent Offices we are known for our ability to explain complex technical issues to examiners and judges.

Our Global Patent Group is led by Sara Holder and Fabrice Mattei two highly experienced patent attorneys who have not only worked for some of the leading technology companies but also alongside many of the largest patent firms and for some of the world’s largest and most instantly recognisable corporates, on both patent prosecution and litigation matters.

      Services & Solution

We provide a full range of prosecution-related services, contentious and transactional services in Asia, Europe, Middle East & Africa. We also co-ordinate with our established and extensive network of associate firms to give you a truly global reach.

By engaging our firm, you will be working with a multi award-winning group of patent agents and attorneys who have earned a reputation as the go-to team for innovators seeking strategic protection and enforcement or defence of their patents.

      Geographical & Technologies Hubs

Every office has its dedicated local team of patent specialists handling prosecution work and each one is fully integrated into our global patent group. The efficiencies created through our offices’ collaboration are passed directly to our clients through our dedicated hubs structures.

Our multi-disciplinary team is composed of Climate Change attorneys, patent agents and engineers in energy and waste management.
